2<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The SOC 2 Type 2 (System and Organizational Controls) Examination is conducted by an independent CPA firm to opine on management\u2019s description of a service organization\u2019s system and the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of controls that meet AICPA Trust Service Criteria over a period of time. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VIPRE completed a SOC 2 Type 2 report that successfully evaluated our controls for the Security Criteria from the period of June 1st 2025 to May 31st 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applicable VIPRE Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (\u201cHIPAA\u201d) HIPAA Security Rule, and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (\u201cHITECH\u201d) Breach Notification Rule. &nbsp; &nbsp;The evaluation of the information security program for the VIPRE Security Solutions environment did not identify any areas of nonconformance with the applicable
